Works with both generators. With real women, it makes the faces luscious and very feminine. In anime, it changes the style to a more realistic one with a very detailed face. It's best used for close-ups or inpainting to fix an ugly face.

Tends to give a full body view. To get better faces, you'll have to use a view tag or a tag focusing on the face to zoom in, or general quality modifiers.
