Long read. - Didn't do much in Realistic generator. Only use Women, Women (Detailed), Women (Accurate), or Men. It doesn't like a big total number of tags. Settings & Clothes, especially purple tags will over-ride this but I had a bunch work too. Clothing modifier material, colors, patterns work frequently. Don't pick more than 1 color tag. Black/Red = 1. Didn't work with most body shape tags especially more than 1. Others like tattoos worked. Add Table from Object section to help but not sure.
