Works best in accurate. Works in detailed some but hardly anything in realistic. Pairs very well with clothing modifiers and effects tags. Affected by the setting too. Sometimes you get a whole head replacement, sometimes just fur or horns on a regular human head, sometimes they're mounted on the wall next to the human. Occasionally you'll get a whole animal instead. Works on men and anime.
