Note: *Realistic/Anime Only* Works decent with all sexual tags, from masturbation to tentacles. Makes the woman do a standing leg split, or if you select feet related tags, generates woman with a leg raised. Some view tags or using too many tags that affect the body (ie sweating or muscle related except clothes) may cause the pose to not generate and do a standard spread legs pose, so be wary.
